The Blog is Fixed!

Everything is now up and running smoothly! All of the pages work and are not blocked, and you don’t have to be logged in! I hope the new design makes the website easy to navigate. If you have a project that you still need put on the blog, see Jenna or Sam in the library during SSR.

Thanks,

Sam (The REALBoss)

P.S. :Whoever put me as the real fake boss is stupid.

Oh sorry that was me!

THIS WEBSITE IS BEING STUPID

ERGH! The blog is being really annoying at the moment, so you might not be able to find stuff (projects, etc.). That’s OK. You will very soon, as soon as I get the links working. Right now the only way you can access your completed projects is if you’re on a computer that does not have an annoying filter thingy like the school computers, and you also have to be logged in to the heritagehusky WordPress account. ANNOYING! 😡

If you want to add a project, go to the library during SSR. I’m always there. (If I’m not then ask Sam.)

Hopefully the blog will be back up and running smoothly soon! For now, just deal with it :)!

Do you like the newly redesigned blog?

If your answer is no, it’s probably because you don’t know where your project is. So I’ll tell you. Either…

  1. Click on the page “Completed Projects”.
  2. Click on the link that best describes your project.
  3. This will either link directly to your project or to another page that links to your project. 🙂

Or…

  1. On the little search sidebar, search the name of your project
  2. If you still can’t find it, leave a comment on the home page saying so or ask me in class

If your answer to the above question is still no, it’s probably because you don’t know how to post a new project. So I’ll tell you. Either…

  1. Email the project to heritagehusky@gmail.com
  2. Jenna and/or Sam will do the rest

Or…

  1. Create a new page with your project on it
  2. Save it as a DRAFT (WE ARE NOT PUBLISHING ANY NEW PAGES!!!)
  3. Click “Get Shortlink”
  4. Copy the shortlink
  5. Go on Microsoft Word and type in the name of your project
  6. Create a hyperlink out of the name, having it linked to the shortlink
  7. Edit the “Created Projects” page and add the link you created in Word to the list of links

If you are lazy, I highly recommend the first option. Doesn’t the blog look so much better now? If you have any questions, leave a comment on the home page or ask me in class.

–Jenna (The Ninja)

P.S. One more thing…if you find your project and it says “Whose is this” next to it, add your name!!
